Create one Climate and Culture Reading Diagram for one historical building type.

Choose one example type: medieval church, fortified building, Byzantine dome church, Islamic courtyard mosque, courtyard house or vernacular house.

Draw one simple plan, section or diagram of the chosen type.

Add one visual sign label, for example courtyard, dome, thick wall, vault, shaded arcade or small exterior opening.

Add one cultural, religious or social need. Explain what the form responds to, for example privacy, sacred focus, protection, gathering or ritual.

Add one climate condition. Mark sun, shade, heat, wind, rain, cold or airflow.

Add one material or structure note. Show thick wall, dome, vault, arcade, local material or roof form.

Add one spatial experience note. Explain what the user feels, for example enclosed, protected, shaded, centered, vertical or open to sky.

Add one condition to form arrow. Show how need or climate shapes the architectural form.

Add one design lesson and one trade-off note.
