Create one Load Path Reading Diagram for a simple small building.

Choose a simple building, for example study pavilion, bus-stop shelter, tiny library, small room, classroom corner or small café pavilion.

Draw one simple section of the building. Show roof, floor or slab, beam, wall or column, foundation and ground.

Add a small axonometric sketch next to the section. Keep it simple, only show the structural skeleton.

Draw roof load arrows moving down into a beam or roof support.
- 05
Draw live load arrows from people or furniture on the floor or slab.

Draw one lateral load arrow from the side, for example wind.
- 07
Trace one continuous load path from roof or slab to beam, support, foundation and ground.

Add one broken load path. Show a beam, slab or roof edge where the load stops or support is missing.

Circle the broken point and label the problem.
- 10
Add one fix, for example added column, aligned wall, deeper beam or transfer beam.
- 11
Add one trade-off note. Explain what improves and what becomes more limited.
