Create one Construction Sequence Diagram for a simple small building.
- 01
Choose a simple building, for example study pavilion, bus-stop shelter, tiny library, classroom module, small café pavilion or workshop room.
- 02
Draw a small site logistics plan. Show access route, staging area and building footprint.
- 03
Draw a simple construction timeline.
- 04
Add the main phases in order: site preparation, excavation, foundation, structure, envelope, MEP and finishes.
- 05
Add dependency arrows. Show what must happen before the next phase can work.
- 06
Add one temporary support note if roof, beam or slab needs support during assembly.
- 07
Mark one buildability issue, for example no staging, wrong order, roof before support, MEP clash or finishes too early.
- 08
Add one proposed fix, for example add staging area, build supports first, coordinate MEP route or delay finishes.
- 09
Add one trade-off note about speed, access, staging, temporary support or prefab assembly.
