Create one Aging, Maintenance and Reuse Strategy Diagram for a small architectural fragment.

Choose one small fragment, for example reading pavilion wall, classroom facade bay, window corner, wall base, roof edge, small canopy, timber interior wall, brick base with glass opening or adaptive reuse fragment.

Draw a small fragment diagram. Label 3 to 5 materials or components.

Create a timeline with four stages: 0 years, 5 years, 20 years and 50 years.

Add one row for each material or component.

At 0 years, write what is new or installed.
- 06
At 5 years, write what should be inspected, cleaned or watched.
- 07
At 20 years, write what may need repair or replacement.
- 08
At 50 years, write what can stay, be reused, be replaced or support adaptive reuse.

Add one patina versus damage note. Explain what aging is acceptable and what means performance is lost.

Add one maintenance access note. Say what must remain reachable.

Add one trade-off sentence about repairability, visible joints, maintenance, replacement or reuse.
